There’s no better feeling than making your family a dinner that’s both healthy AND gobbled up by everyone, amiright?!

I stumbled upon a super simple salmon recipe – only 4 ingredients, done in 30 minutes or less – and my entire family actually LOVES it!
Kids and salmon don’t usually mix but this salmon is covered with a delicious, creamy crust that makes it appealing even to the most discerning toddler palettes ;).
Everyone knows salmon is a great way to get protein and omega-3 fatty acids but with a strong smell and taste, it needs to be prepared well to be a real crowd-pleaser.
The secret that makes this salmon recipe so delicious is the creamy ‘crust’ that tops it off.

4 Ingredient Oven Baked Salmon Recipe
- 1lb-1.25lbs of salmon – I get one filet
- 1/2 cup of FAGE Total 5% Plain Greek yogurt – you want the 5% versus the 2% or 0%
- Using FAGE Total 5% Plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream adds extra protein while keeping a great tangy, rich, creamy taste.
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard

Preheat the oven to 425°. Mix the FAGE Total 5% Plain Greek yogurt, parmesan cheese, and stone ground mustard together.
FAGE Total 5% Plain Greek yogurt has no added sugar, is made with milk from non-GMO fed cows, and packs 18 grams of protein into a serving.

Lay the salmon skin-side down on a lined baking sheet. Spread the mixture on top of the salmon and bake @ 425° for 20-25 minutes, until salmon flakes easily.
